Priscille Joseph, WELL AP, COEE is a Canadian wellness designer, author, and speaker dedicated to transforming how people live, work, and thrive through the integration of design, ergonomics, sustainability, and wellness. With dual expertise as a WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP) and Certified Office Ergonomic Evaluator (COEE), Priscille bridges the gap between healthy building design and human well-being, helping organizations and communities create spaces that foster focus, resilience, and joy.

She is also the founder of The Classroom Indoor Garden Initiative, a program that teaches children the fundamentals of indoor gardening and the art of cultivating joy through plant care. Her initiative and expertise have led her to collaborate with leading brands, including Indigo, Patagonia, Robert Plante Greenhouses, Boogles Playhouse, Aquatopia, and Terra Flavours and Flowers, to host wellness-driven, plant-based workshops.

Priscille holds an Honours Bachelor of Interior Design from Algonquin College and a technical diploma in Interior Design from Dawson College. Her work blends biophilic design, workplace wellness, and sustainable practices to improve mental health, productivity, and quality of life in both corporate and educational settings.

Her voice as a wellness advocate has been featured in the Montreal Gazette, Eco Parent, CTV Morning Live, CBC Listen, The Conscious Builder Podcast, Growing Joy Podcast, and The Sustainable Brown Girl Podcast. Whether leading keynotes, conducting workplace wellness audits, or guiding communities through interactive workshops, Priscille inspires people of all ages to design for well-being and cultivate healthier, greener, more connected lives.

Beyond her professional work, Priscille is also a children’s author and illustrator, plant lover, aspiring runner, and devoted wife and mother of two.

The Book

Overcoming a major health challenge, Priscille was inspired to share with others the health benefits of holistic and mindful living through Designing Wellness Podcast. After giving birth to her second child, Priscille was compelled to teach her own to cultivate a life of joy and wellness through plant care. That’s when “My First ABC Book of Houseplants” was born.
